Our Approach
First and foremost, Connectedness is about you.
We consider people to be ‘the expert’ in their own lives.
Given how busy life can be, we often wear many ‘hats’ (e.g., a worker, a partner, a parent). Having so many competing roles can be challenging and make it hard to stay connected with our inner selves.
Our vision is to help people become grounded, mindful, inspired, and productive by supporting their connection to their inner Self (e.g. valuing who they are), their environment, and their values, goals and aspirations.
